French Hussar Officer's Sabre, Model 1795-1812

French Hussar Officer's Sabre, Model 1795-1812 With gilt bronze knucklebow guard, pommel cap and black chequered wooden grip. Long curved engraved, gilded and blued in the third. Single-edged blade with wide fuller and flat back. This sword comes with a gilded metal sheath and two suspension rings. Sabel voor Franse Officier der Huzaren, M1795-1812 Met verguld rechthoekig beugelgevest en vlakke pommel. Gezwarte houten grip met gewafeld reliëf. Gebogen enkelsnijdige en fraai geblauwde, vergulde en geëtste kling met brede gleuf en vlakke rug. In messing schede met dubbele draagringen. Lengte: 94 cm. [II] V
