Enrico Cavaliere

Enrico holds an MA in Art History from the University of Padua (Italy) and an MLitt in Art History, Art World Practice & Business from the University of Glasgow/Christie’s Education. After an initial period at Christie’s, employed in the UK Chairman’s Office, he moved to Sotheby’s where he worked as Client Liaison first and then later as Client Relationship & Bid Manager, In such a capacity Enrico developed a set of skills applied to strategy, business development as well as client/project management and operations for the international auction house.

With his own Art Brokerage Enrico has been advising clients with their collecting requests, with a specific focus on Old Masters and 19th Century European Paintings.

Enrico is now tasked with building up Hessink’s presence across Italy and to organise regular Italian Sales.
