Expressionist ceramic figure of Saint Sebastian, standing in a twisted pose with hands bound and head tilted to the side, conveying a sense of spiritual suffering. Modeled with rough, sculptural texture and covered in a brownish-golden glaze with irregular surface sheen. The figure is shown with a halo and stylised crown of foliage, mounted on an integrated square ceramic base.

Expressionistisch keramisch beeld van Sint Sebastiaan, staand in een gedraaide houding met gebonden handen en het hoofd schuin, wat een gevoel van geestelijk lijden oproept. Uitgevoerd met ruwe, sculpturale textuur en afgewerkt in een bruingouden glazuur met onregelmatige glans. De heilige is voorzien van een nimbus en gestileerde bladerkroon, geplaatst op een geïntegreerde vierkante keramische voet.
