Five Polychrome Religious Figures in Porcelain and Ceramic
Germany and France, circa 1880–1930.
Group of five devotional figures depicting the Madonna with Sacred Heart, Saint Joseph with the Christ Child, a small standing female saint in armor (possibly Saint Joan of Arc), a youthful female saint with palm frond (possibly Saint Agnes), and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Executed in polychrome enamel with pastel tones and gilded accents. The figures are formed in full round and stand on various integral bases, including circular and square plinths. One figure is in earthenware, others in glazed porcelain.

Groep van vijf devotiebeelden, voorstellende: de Madonna met het Heilig Hart, Sint Jozef met het Christuskind, een staande vrouwelijke heilige in harnas (mogelijk de heilige Jeanne d’Arc), een jonge vrouwelijke heilige met palmtak (mogelijk de heilige Agnes), en het Heilig Hart van Jezus. Uitgevoerd in polychroom email in pasteltinten met vergulde accenten. De figuren zijn rondgebeeldhouwd en staan op diverse integrale voetstukken, waaronder ronde en vierkante sokkels. Eén figuur is van aardewerk, de overige van geglazuurd porselein.
