Ongepubliceerde Cromalin-fotogravure proefdruk, vervaardigd naar Steve McCurry’s iconische portret van Sharbat Gula, wereldwijd bekend als de Afghan Girl. The original portrait of Sharbat Gula was photographed by Steve McCurry in December 1984 in the Nasir Bagh refugee camp near Peshawar, Pakistan, during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan (1979–1989). The photograph became an icon of 20th-century photography, symbolizing the humanitarian consequences of war and refugee crises.
