VOOR DE VEILING / GRATIS TAXATIE
Veilingtaxaties zijn gratis en u kunt een aanvragen door online afbeeldingen in te dienen of uw foto's op te sturen naar info@hessink.com
Online Taxaties. Zorg dat u de volgende informatie beschikbaar heeft:
- Duidelijke kleurenafbeeldingen van de voor- en achterkant, en een close-up van de handtekening of het merkteken van de maker.
- Afmetingen, medium en andere beschikbare details.
- Geschiedenis van het item (wanneer, waar en hoe het werd verkregen).
- Kopieën van taxaties of enige literatuur met betrekking tot het item of certificaten van echtheid, indien beschikbaar.
Onze schatting is gebaseerd op de expertise en kennis van de specialist over wat soortgelijke items op de huidige veilingmarkt opleveren, en moet niet worden beschouwd als een bewijs van echtheid, een gegarandeerd aanbod, of een garantie van verkoopprijs. Vanwege het grote aantal aanvragen dat we ontvangen, kan het soms enkele dagen duren voordat we bij u terugkomen.
VOORSTEL VOOR DE SCHATTINGSPRIJS
Houd er rekening mee dat veilingtaxaties op basis van foto's strikt voorlopig zijn en onderhevig aan herziening totdat een van onze specialisten uw object heeft onderzocht.
TRANSPORT VAN UW EIGENDOM
Zodra u heeft besloten over te gaan tot verkoop, zullen onze specialisten met u de datum voor een verkoop bevestigen, schattingen geven en bespreken of een reserveprijs of een vertrouwelijke minimumverkoopprijs moet, of kan, worden ingesteld. Als u goederen vanuit het buitenland aanbied, kunnen verzendkosten, douanerechten en invoerbelasting van toepassing zijn. Voor een vlotte douaneafhandeling en binnenlands transport, neem contact op met ons transportbedrijf. Dit zorgt ervoor dat uw kunstwerken soepel worden geïmporteerd en u geen belasting hoeft te betalen bij invoer van de werken.
We moeten uw eigendom ruim van tevoren op onze locatie hebben om het correct te catalogiseren, fotograferen en promoten (minimaal 6 weken voor een verkoopdatum). Neem vooraf contact met ons op als u twijfels heeft over wat te doen.
NA ONTVANGST VAN UW EIGENDOM
Wanneer we overeenstemming bereiken over de verkoopvoorwaarden, ontvangt u een Innameovereenkomst met daarop vermeld de objecten, de geplande verkoopdata, de geschatte taxaties en eventuele verwachte minimum prijzen.
VERKOOPCOMMISSIE, FOTOGRAFIE, EN VERZEKERINGSKOSTEN
De commissie voor ingebrachte en verkochte kavels zijn 10% van de uiteindelijke hamerprijs.
Fotografiekosten van €10 dekken de servicekosten voor catalogusillustratie en webillustratie. Verzekeringskosten: alle kavels zijn onderworpen aan een verzekeringsvergoeding van 1,5%. We verzekeren uw eigendom automatisch op basis van de onderhandelde geschatte prijs vanaf het moment van ontvangst van uw eigendom.
BETALING NA DE VEILING
Nadat uw eigendom succesvol is verkocht, sturen we u een veilingresultatenoverzicht, dit vermeldt het individuele kavel en de prijs die voor elk item is gemaakt, en het totale bedrag van de betaling minus de commissie en eventuele andere gemaakte kosten. Veilingresultaten worden binnen 48 uur na de veiling verzonden en de afwikkeling en uitbetaling vindt meestal 21 dagen na de verkoop plaats, afhankelijk van de normale bedrijfsomstandigheden, tenzij de koper nog niet voor de goederen heeft betaald.
IN GEVAL VAN NIET VERKOCHT
In het geval dat uw item niet het minimum bod heeft gehaald op de veiling, en er geen koper is gevonden, zullen we blijven proberen uw eigendom te verkopen als "NA VERKOOP" tot een week na de veiling op basis van de overeengekomen reserveprijs/limiet. Wanneer een verkoop niet succesvol is, bieden we u gratis opslag aan gedurende 20 dagen na de veiling. Extra kosten voor kavels die onverkocht zijn gebleven bedragen € 3,50 per onverkocht kavel dat retour gehaald wordt. Als we na 30 dagen na een verkoop geen informatie van u hebben mogen ontvangen, met betrekking tot het terugnemen van uw items, worden uw objecten opnieuw te koop aangeboden tegen een verlaagde prijs (voor meer informatie zie onze bedrijfsvoorwaarden). Als u uw eigendom niet ophaalt vóór het verstrijken van onze 20 dagen gratis opslag, geldt er een opslagvergoeding totdat het door u is opgehaald.

BEFORE AUCTION / FREE VALUATION
Auction valuations are free and you can ask for one by submitting images online or mailing your photographs. Please have the following information available:
Clear colour images of the front and back, and a close-up of the signature or maker's mark
Dimensions, medium and other available details
History of the item (when, where and how it was acquired)
Copies of appraisals or any literature relating to the item or certificates of authenticity, if available.
Our estimate is based upon the specialist's expertise and knowledge of what similar items are fetching in the current auction market, and it should not be considered as a proof of authenticity, a guaranteed offer to purchase, or a guarantee of selling price. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it may take us a few days to get back to you.
OFFERING SUGGESTION FOR THE ESTIMATE PRICE
Please note that auction estimates based on photographs are strictly preliminary and subject to revision after one of our specialists examines your property.
TRANSPORTING YOUR PROPERTY
Once you have made the decision to sell, our specialists will confirm with you the date of a sale, estimates, and will discuss if reserve price or confidential minimum selling price, should be set. If you are consigning goods from overseas, shipping charges, custom duties and import tax may apply. For smooth customs clearance and inland transport, please contact our shipping company. This allows your artwork to be imported smoothly, and you do not need to pay tax when the works are imported.
We need to have your property on our premises far enough in advance of the sale to catalogue, photograph and promote it properly (minimum 6 weeks before a sale date). We are happy to assist with transportation arrangements. Any charges for transportation will be removed from your initial settlement, so please take the opportunity to discuss transport arrangements when consigning your goods to ensure you are fully aware of any costs.

AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR PROPERTY
When we agree on the sale terms, you will receive a Consignment Agreement, listing the property, the planned sale dates, the estimated price ranges, and any excepted reserves.
LISTING FEE, SELLER'S COMMISSION AND INSURANCE FEES
Hessink's charges a 10% Sellers Commission on each offered lot. A listing fee of €10 covers service charges for catalogue illustration and web illustration. Insurance fee, all lots will be subject to a 1.5% insurance fee.
We will automatically insure your property based upon negotiated estimated prices from the time of receipt of your property, or on the reserve price, if one has been set.
AFTER THE AUCTION PAYMENT
After your property successfully sold, we will send you an auction result notification. This will list the individual lot and the price made by each item, and the total amount of payment less the commission and any other fees incurred. Auction results are sent out within 48 hours of the auction and settlement is usually made twenty-one days after the sale, subject to normal business conditions, unless the buyer has not paid for the goods.
IN CASE OF UNSOLD
In the unlikely event that your property fails to meet the minimum bid at auction and a buyer wasn't found, we will continue trying to sell your property as “AFTER SALE” for one week after the auction based upon agreed reserve price. When an after sale is unsuccessful, we offer you free storage for 20 days after the auction. Should you decide to collect your item we may elect to charge you a unsold property fee of € 3.50. If we fail to receive any information from you 30 days after a sale, your objects will be subject for resale at a reduces price (for more information see our term of business). If you fail to collect your property before the expiration of our 20 day free storage service, a monthly storage fee will apply until the object is either re-offered in another auction or until it is collected by you.
