A painted portrait of Ghazi ud-din Haidar Shah, last King of Lucknow, (r. 1814-1827), early 19th century AD. Mounted in a modern frame.
A facing portrait bust of Ghazi ud-din Haidar Shah, wearing a crown with jewel to the front and to each point, small plume to the top. Ermin robe with chain of rosettes connected to the shoulders by ribbons; pearl and jewelled choker to the neck. The bust in a gilt oval medallion frame with interlinked geometric floral motifs; crown to the top flanked by fish and birds.
