A PORCELAIN TEAPOT WITH CUP AND SAUCER,
CIRCA 1858
Mark of CB.
The globular formed porcelain teapot, with spout and c-scrolled handle, the removable lid with branch like finial. Decorated throughout with gilt highlighting and hand painted landscape scenes of a man on horseback with his dog. The porcelain cup and saucer similarly decorated with vignettes in gilt cartouches.
Height of teapot: 10.5cm.

Condition: handle of teapot is cracked in the lower half, hairline crack on the saucer and repair to the rim.
