With specialist sales since 2004, Hessink’s Islamic Art department organizes regular sales each year. The department’s sales offer a spectrum of classical arts from the Middle East and wider Islamic World, featuring a range of manuscripts in Arabic, Persian and Turkish as well as miniatures, paintings, ceramics, metalwork, arms and armour, glass, jewellery and many other works of art representing the diverse and rich cultural heritage of the Islamic world from the 7th - 20th centuries.
